The Movie Review
Zombies Gone Wild..., well the audience would probably gone crazy had they thought of the definition of the word "joke" to the filmmakers? Moreover do they also know the definition of "fear"? Apparently it's not that easy to make people laugh by making fun of zombie, and try to make those creepy creatures as funky as possible.
Dig this, two fashion-blind dudes named LeRoy (Dominique Rochelle) and Marty (Dave Competello) plus one stuck-up guy, Randy (Chris Saphire) are planning to spend their spring break by embarking on a road trip, hoping to score some chicks. But what they get is endless disappointment

especially it's raining and not sunny. Finally on a quiet town they meet with three hot chicks who invite the boys to a feast that the girls are having at their village. The boys are very excited to see all the hot chicks, but the mysterious hot girls also have their own definition of "food"...
Sounds great eh? But what fellow moviegoers would actually get are some guys vomiting around and screaming like women and trying to make seat belt out of rubber tape while being shot with handheld camera and with sex doll flying around in their van. Jackass dudes probably would be ashamed to see these guys who seem trying so freakin’ hard to mimic them. Oh yeah, a heads up for you, those characters are also trying to be on MTV...nice touch, just don't touch anymore. It should have been named "Vomit Fiesta" for all I think.
So sad that they even once refer to the 1968 zombie movie "Night of the Living Dead" which, by the way, a Legend, and which also by the way should have inspired the filmmakers more to have made a great film or at least decent enough to watch. But for me personally, what's with all the handheld? Handheld camera should be used only for a very, very and very good movie. Since the wrong use of handheld camera could backfire to the movie itself.
Unfunny, crass, unintelligent, and an absolute gaping-machine, such as a scene where a man innocently breaks the side-mirrors and the windows of our heroes' van, and Marty just jumps up and down happily and even help the guy to break his own friend's van coz presumably it's funny for Marty. How sad this movie is in trying to be funny, however Zombies Gone Wild is really wild in the finale scene and earns 5 stars for it.
Zombies Gone Wild has a very wacky ending which is actually quite amusing. An ending that actually made me laugh (at last!) and shook my heads in surprise. After seeing those Zombies who two of them actually stroke their own gorgeous brunette hair just like some cute college babes in chick-flicks, and after watching another zombie female walks somberly like thinking of her loan or mortgage payment and of course after seeing zombies riding motorcycle and jumping from one rooftop to another just like in western movie, and after several scenes hacked from Rambo Movies, I know if only this movie had been made wackier or in the contrary had been the dialogue made funnier, I would go as far to say this movie is "So bad it's good"! And made this actually worth seeing, but sadly it's not that worth your precious time.
