The Movie Review

Once upon a time there is a hungary cook who never eats but always feels hungry, and so he ventures to America to search for white meat. A devoted cook who tries his best to serve tasty dishes to the hungry ones, with only one flaw though, he cooks the main ingredients out of the hungry ones themselves.

Comedy? Horror? Yup, put both of them into a blender and mix them up, then you will get served "The Cook". Only....the blender is already broken....

None other than blast from the past of the 80s movies about women's breasts, this flick here also tries to mix comedy

and horror with a negative aspects from both sides respectively. From the comedy side we get a lesbian jokes and from the horror we get gory scenes and misogyny. Mark Hengst is the Hungarian Cook or according to the jokes in this movie the Hungary cook, a substitute cook for a sorority house packed with sexy and beautiful babes with behavior which I am pretty sure give bad credits to all sorority coeds. But Hengst is not awestruck by the gorgeous girls around her, because he sees them only as future dishes. One by one they got whacked by the crazy cook until....Okay Okay I don't need to tell you what happens next right, cause the end is so much written all over the kitchen.

So expect lotsa red fluid seasoned with unfunny lesbian-related jokes, though they're creatively created unfunny jokes. Heck even the sorority house named ΛEZ, shorts for Lambda Epsilon Zeta...or LEZ(bian). I found this movie amusing just because I am a guy and also wanted to see how the 80s exploitation movies reproduced by today's people. All in all with a foreign cook who doesn't know any English word except for "OKAY" and sorority girls showing all their got, unfortunately not in acting terms, this movie only suits you who misses the 80s flicks.
